Well, before I condemn anything, what's the reasoning?

To sum it up, due to society's upbringing of women to be in a more caring, motherly role, they're less likely to succeed in labour-oriented tasks. Which means they're great at teaching and nurturing but you wouldn't expect them to drive or operate a forklift.
