Trying to remember the full name. Had to Google to make sure. It's short for Delicatessen. And according to Google-sensei, it originated in the US in the late 19th century, and the word itself was based on French, German, and Dutch(which doesn't exist, no one uses it). What i didn't know is that they tended to sell unusual and/or foreign selections, but in hindsight it makes a lot of sense.
They're usually their own area when it comes to grocery stores, but standalone ones nowadays tend to sell sandwiches and stuff too, and their breakfast sandwiches and also their coffee(for whatever reason it's special) are really good.
I saw this one manga and it was basically about how a dude got turned into a bishoujo and his best friend is a guy as well
And from the synopsis, it seems like his best friend is the love interest(I don't really know since I haven't read it yet) and I just wanted to know
Would it be gay? Like, this is genuine curiosity.
