Very easy to do. Write 5 degenerate short stories. Assuming every stories give you 100 readers, you will get that rising author title. It only count readers, not unique readers. The same reader might read your other story.

I'm not gonna do that I believe my novel will get 500 readers. I just need 10 more chapters

nope, I want that title because of my own efforts I don't need petty tricks just to get a title. Even I get the title because of that I'm not gonna be happy or proud and I'm confident I could get that title with my current novel
