I think the story is quite sad and, I am kinda struggling on seeing it any different way. But I recognise that I am not really the target audience here. Possessions and cruelty are iffy for me.

Writing wise as well, it is interesting to see how our styles differ. I focus more on dialogue while you on atmosphere. And you have done a good job with it. And looking at the comments, I am glad your readers are able to really delve into it.

I am very envious of your formatting skills, that is one thing I wish I could just steal from ya.

With how the story is going, I would like to see yearnings of this near immortal MC, and hope our evil spirit has more personality than just being cruel.

And ah, as I mentioned in your comments, I struggle establishing the plot in my story. I struggle moving the plot forward. So I do wanna learn from you how you manage that. Like is there a mini boss I can expect who upon defeat will reveal the final boss. I don't really know any other way of moving the plot forward and I am bad at that one too.

Awa, it's not lying, but it's not the truth either. Themes of possessions avert me a bunch, so I am cherry picking from that a bit. A raw brutal review would be, "Looks promising, but isn't for me."

There are just a lot of ways this story can go, and I hope you would understand this, but a big part of my mind bets that it would be a typical Isekai where the MC keeps killing people but the cruelty is justified everytime; and villains are just MC but more evil which makes the MC look better.

On a plus side, you are clearly able to pull people in. You pull people into this world where they don't have to think that cruelty is bad or down with the monarchy or I hate rich people let all of them did, and stuff like that.
