Meh. 13~15/20?

Depends on multiple criterias.

If the judge is harsh like kitchen-guy, they say its bad and give 12.
If the judge is biased and tipped, 17+ score /20. So its 19/20.

If the pic is for a comic book for kids, its decently good, so its very fitting hence 15-17/20 ? Depends if the judge is an old woman or not (grandma is more kind for this stuff).

For me personally.........not fan of art like a comic.....so 14?

BUT
If im neutral without feelings, 15. Its a good picture well drawn.

TLDR : I dont particularly care. You do you. It fits you. Accustomed to it.
