Looking for Work Offering Traditional CoverDesign [Free]

as a matter of fact, this Thread has already existed before, but since my dumb ass did an oopsie and accidentally deleted a folder from my IMGBB Account, I am now here for vengeance. Well, you know, this specific folder held, among others, a few of the images from this very Thread, so I asked a Mod if the images could be replaced and they advised me to just make a new Thread. So here I am (after a week of procrastinating it).
My offer is actually pretty simple and can be taken up on by anyone on this Forum. If you need a Cover, or simply Typography put on a Cover you already have, I'm your guy. If you need a Signature, I'm your guy. I can do static and animated; I do vector art or a big collage.
It may take me some time, I'm sometimes still busy - and sometimes I'm just in a rut or procrastinating, you gotta preprare for that at least. If you think you have the time - though sometimes I can be really fast as well, to be fair - simply put it as an answer in the Thread (no PN request accepted; I'll ignore those).
Let's see if someone is interested. If not, less work for me; if there are some, check if the sign below is shown green or red in the most recent Update post (as you can see, the red one also has a line through, for the color blind) before posting, please.


Of course, if you don't like what I produce, you are just as free not to use the work, but note that if you take a Cover and don't use it and I notice, there won't be another. I also do revisions, but not endlessly if I feel like we won't match in what we expect or try to portray - which is totally fine, as art is always subjective and you always need to find someone you work well with. If it ain't me, it's going to be someone else.


What I do?

• Full Cover Design
• Partial Design (i.e. only Typography / Logo Design)
• Signatures, Chapter Divider, Header (you name it)
• GIF animations (if I feel like it, because it's time consuming)

What I don't do?

• I don't draw, unless I really feel like it - I use free Stock and retouch
• If I use AI, either because someone has their art AI generated and given it to me to put a logo on, or because I'm that desperate to get a specific element to create it, then that's it. I don't particularly care either way, I just don't prefer using it and I'm limited in how often I can use Firefly anyway, as far as I know (barely ever looked at it, but I know it takes up points, which likely regenerate monthly...?)
• If you wish to use a specific Stock photo that costs money, feel free to buy the license yourself and send the image over, but note that not every image can be used as expected and the money might go to waste
• Just in case, really, just in case: If you do bring in images you want me to use, make sure you have the rights to it. Agreeing on me doing the cover on that basis, is you ensuring that you have the rights to the images and the right to work with these - thus change these images or the image.

If we are clear on the terms, let's talk about how to order something off this thread. Now, I've been working with customers for years and put together a complete formular in how to ask exactly what I need to know in order to create a Cover as close to someones wishes as possible. But that's literally one with text fields to enter answers and boxes to tick off, so I can't implement that here.
Also, it would be way too much to stuff into a comment, so I shaved it down for your convenience. Just take the Template from the Spoiler below and substitute Placeholders for your answers if you have any. Take note of the small print underneath the Template in the Spoiler as well. And please, do not delete any of the points or even the small print, even if they are not answered or not mandatory - please, just copy and take out the spacings, so the spoiler works when you post it.

Quick Status Update​

Here is the first Update Post, just to make this Thread look a bit more official and drag the old shite back with me, why don't I.
Have a cookie, if you read this in 2026, or whatever the kidz would say these days.
As you can see, there are already three pending requests, but these are old ones, which I hadn't fulfilled before I went on a complete hiatus for over a year (unplanned, for personal issues and I'm actually very sorry for that). Those three seem to have gotten themselves covered (da-dumm-tss) and therefore, they will not be worked on, until the authors reply if they still wish for a cover from me. I understand if that's not the case.
EDIT: I forgot the merging mechanics. Damn, that looks odd. But I don't hate it. I'll leave it like this.

Inside the prosperous Galactic Confederacy, the ubiquitous eyes of the Galactic Secret Espionage Bureau (GSEB) keep its Human citizens safe from themselves. Children who show "unique potential" are taken and transformed into Enhanced Agents by the Aldrich Tower. With their training, they receive biological and cybernetic enhancements, as well as a purpose. They sacrifice their opportunity to lead a normal life and act as faceless instruments of a democracy they can never enjoy.

Armed with her blade, an uncanny talent for mimicry, and a License to Kill, Lan Yang (Agent 81) is one such operative. Her ruthlessness and unquestioning obedience are exceptional even among her brainwashed peers. Then, she was suddenly entrusted with a new partner: a convict named Amanda “Amy” Lovewell (Agent 25), a shifty con artist who cut a deal to work off her sentence. Though their pairing was highly irregular, Amy quickly took a liking to Lan and vowed to help her find meaning outside her work. At the same time, they received their newest Handler, Jane Ten, the tenth and final member of her line, and a new mission. At the center of it is a resurgent Liberty Syndicate.

So, basically, you didn't give me a "vibe", you told me exactly what you wanted, which is something I usually put a damper on, becuase it means you have a very specific idea, not taking into account if I can - or even have the options - to realize it. Especially when it's an idea that already sounds convoluted when you explain it to me; if there's too much going on, a potential reader can't know what to focus on and it will overwhelm them, rather than create interest. Also, there's little creative freedom on my part, since there's no space left to add anything.
I still sat down and tried to make it work. Don't get your hopes up too much though. because I don't know if it measures up to your expectations.
Also: I've made two versions. In my opinion, an author should always put their name on a cover, so I've made one with and one without your handle anyway.
