Can we get anchor links? I NEED them!

I'm posting my story on both RoyalRoad and ScribbleHub. I've crossed the 10% naughty stuff threshold of RR, so I don't post that part there.
Instead, I want to link to that section posted in the scribblehub chapter, but I didn't find any way to create an anchor link.
I doubt audience will have the patience to look for the section within the chapter, so can we please have anchor links?

That's not good enough. I want the link to a specific section.

Well, make a Feature Request then, but highly doubtful about it being implemented.
Nothing was, for a long time already :(
