It's pretty outdated and the traffic's declining.
I prefer AO3 (archive of our own) instead, for fanfics. I always have fewer views and comments on FF in comparison to AO3
Depends on the presentation of the vigilante and the justice itself.
e.g if the justice system is corrupt and the vigilante is doing the right thing, then he's not an anti hero.
No, but I had considered rewriting my old story instead.
But after some consideration and rereads I end up not writing them. Mostly due to difference in style and story preferences
Character death riles people up. There are a lot of characters who are famous because the writer kills them. They won't be that famous if they're still alive, ironically.
People are still reading and liking it so I find no reason to stop. One fan is all I need to continue, since I was too used to write unpublished stories only I enjoyed.
I have always loved reading. And so, when I'm reading fanfictions I was wondering, "why don't I start writing one?"
and after years of writing fanfiction, I wondered further, "why don't I write my own story?".
There's no clear determining factor IMO, the feedback you get from the readers are the best indicator since it's the one you need the most to improve your work.
