Anyone know how to change the new member thing on my profile or does it take time?

What was one call that just didn't make a lot of sense to me? "44 control to dept 18 signal 20 assist EMS" I hoped onto the truck got there and sure enough a woman fell from the toilet and was stuck in between the wall and the toilet. Took a long time but got them out another EMT crew was there and some guy was taking pics from a forest
