Finished! Personally, I think Maxwell’s face is the best one I've ever drawn. I really nailed the artificial yet dangerous beauty I was going for. Also, see-through stockings!

It's mostly the handwritten title that's turning me off, but the lack of light, shadow, shading, and detail is also a factor. As a learning artist myself, I recommend getting a proper setup (not MS Paint) and learning some fundamentals (structure and shading) before trying to draw a cover...
