My answer is only if you clearly do Chapter 1.1 1.2 1.3 etc. DO NOT label them as distinct chapters. It is a nightmare to reformat later

The gemstones/metal/special unique rocks etc. have to be imbued with the spiritual energy of the heavens/earth. Rare minerals only random rocks won't do. More common ones are often considered weaker and those are for "poor" cultivators.
