[A bit about myself]

My name is Hime, that's my pen name, I'm not comfortable with my english name. And it's so funny, my name is like... Japanese, but at the same time, I'm working on a Chinese-based novel and I'm a Vietnamese. Very weird, am I right?

The title I'm working on is called "Tale of the Nine Realms," with a special editor of mine, they go by water bottle on amino, but I don't know if they're ok with me calling them by their real name, so I'll just leave it as that. Because of our different timezone, and schools, we don't have a lot of time to work with each other, because I think water bottle is 8 hours ahead of me, so our novel will be updated twice as slow as solo/normal writers. Sad, I know, but water bottle has more experience than I am, and I'm still pretty new with writing. But since the day I started working with water bottle, my motivation has been increasing, and I felt like I just had to introduce water bottle on this platform, before I introduce her to this platform, haha. She's pretty busy with her life so I don't want to bother her, once we have a few chapters ready to be published, of course I'll tell her about this platform. Previously, we've had two drafts already, and the second draft was 6 pages long in my google document, but because we can't think of a clear outline for it, we had to halt the development on it. And water bottle knows how many nights I had to stay up to match with their timezone, there were nights I stayed up until 4AM. And I felt bad too because water bottle had to review my writing and give me a bunch if pictures as inspirations. But, as a writer, I don't want to feel dissatisfied with my writing at all, and I'm willing to restart all over again.

I personally enjoy Danmei (Boy's Love), detective solving crimes, and well-written novels in general. I'm not too picky when it comes to genres, however, I am an extremely picky reader. I only read what is recommended to me, because if it's good for others, then I might enjoy it too. And it's been months since my last time opening up to a novel that I picked up myself, and it sucked. I swear, and that novel was traditionally published too. So since then, I've been reading translated novels on the internet because my school's library is full of books that sucks, except you, Hunger Games.
