It usually takes a bit, about 12-24 hours, for a series to be approved to prevent spam. Iirc it takes longer if you dump a lot of chapters.

Every time I see “check their hard drives the author that uses (insert tropes) are actually (insert accusation)”, I suspect the accuser instead. As long as actual human beings aren’t involved in any way, shape, or form, no stories can be equated to real life horrific crimes.
