Because he is strong. The strongest and the most brutal emperor to exist in human's history. He was assassinated by countless assassin. Sadly,Those assassin failed and he survive for another day. In the end,thousand of lives were sacrificed to activated ancient ritual. The ancient ritual make the emperor disappeared from his world forever. Now,He appeared in this world with new identity.
When he came to the new world. Most of his abilities were suppressed by the rules of this world. His Life Deficiency that always decreases his lifespan like a tumor was still there but he can only use little of Emperor Swordsmanship : Peerless style.
