Ecchi, if I understand the meaning of it right, is like Pinup. You're creating an image of a beautiful woman. So focus on the image, and the way you want the viewer to feel about it.

This is a very good breakdown. Watch it a few times. I usually watch it again right before I'm about to write some action.
