Today's session was v productive. We talked about the shame that masks itself as 'humility' and how we attach it to things we make not because we're unskilled but because we compare ourselves to others. We are unfairly judging ourselves based on standards that is not related to our growth as "creators" but based on our consumption.

Honestly, I am just writing because my therapist told me that it's a good thing to do to try and find happiness. So far? Minimal joy found. (Most of it is in the planning but not in the actual writing. Still lots of doubt there).
