  • Race: He's a Human with a little Devil Blood flowing through his body, but only a tiny, minuscule amount is related to them. Every power and quirks of a normal Devil don't appear on him. When one says his true name, it only causes slight discomfort, or perhaps nothing at all.
  • Age: 15
  • Class: Blacksmith
  • Appearance: Standing at almost six feet tall, with amber-colored hair, his life took quite a turn this year, and the gate caused a slight gash to appear on his right arm and left leg. His similarly colored amber eyes, although slightly sharp, radiate with confidence. The clothes he wore before traveling into the gate were a simple cloth shirt and loose pants, but they were all now either scorched or scrapped; like the missing tip of his shoes.
  • Personality: He's slightly unsure of it himself, on one hand, he loves animals and wishes for the safety of everyone and thing he holds dear, but then, on the other hand, he's sometimes willing to kill someone for the smallest of things. Petty but honest, forgiving but deceitful, only one word could be used to describe him; chaotic.

    • Creation (Passive): Gives the sole user of this ability the power to create, and the potential of more.
    • Super Basic Swordsmanship (Can Evolve Further): Dyrus can register how to swing a stick or a metal rod without accidentally smacking into someone.
  • Backstory: In his pockets, he would always hold onto the feather of a magical spirit he met as a child, treating it as a precious treasure of a time now lost to him. At the age of fifteen, his father brought him to the smithy so as to reel him in at a young age, and his mother later taught him how to count and do basic math. He was one of many boys in the village, with only his intelligence and sharp tongue being his few defining features. As intelligent as he might've been, nothing could prepare him when his entire village was set ablaze. No amount of buckets could stop that sea of fire, and no tears or prayers would bring his family back to him.

    Like his parents, he was consumed by the flames while trying to save them. When he opened his eyes, he found himself clutching onto the same hammer used by his father before he died, and in a city unfamiliar to him; while wiping off the drool on his face, he set his eyes onto the building in front of him.

Event Objectives

1. Evacuate the Villages [ Completed 0 / 4 ]
Description
: Slimes in the fields?! There are still villagers stuck out there! We need to get them to safety!
Objectives: Go to a nearby village and help their people reach safety.

2. Defend the Walls [ Complete 0 / ∞ ]
Description
: If the walls come tumbling down, it's game over! Get on those walls and stop those slimes from swarming in!
Objectives: Protect the walls from the slime horde.

3. We need a Plan! [ Complete 0 / ∞ ]
Description
: How the heck do we get rid of so many slimes? Any ideas?
Objectives: Come up with a plan to resolve the slime horde.
"Everyone has gathered" I was directing the villagers evacuate the village, It was going surprisingly smoothly when slimes were spotted in the distance "Everyone we need to go now!" The Villagers formed into a caravan and started moving to a safe locations one of the villager elders owned just in case something like this happened.

"Miss get back to Scribble, We can get to safety."
With that I waved the caravan off as the rushed away, a bit away from Scribble city. They must be confident in where they are going if they won't choose Scribble city.

I and some others rushed back to the city to help out.
o.o) Did I do it too easy? should I have the villagers be attacked?

A city map would be nice to have, have no idea which district lays close to which gate lol

wouldn't the slums be on opposite side of the gates if there is just one or the other cardinal direction of we have two gates for the city?

I think there is 8 gates tho
NW, N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W
I'd say we have 4 gates, one in each 4 cardinal direction, but that's not set in stone.

The slimes come from the Southeast btw, I'll update my 1st post in the thread to say that~
