Yes. You pick the quest you wanted to do ( keep in mind about the lvl limitation ) and write it however you wanted. As long as your character completed the objectives, you'll get the rewards!

Yes.
Your report is how your character did the quest.
If you need more help with how that's done, you can check how other people have written theirs in that thread.

Bearing in mind, everyone has a different style.
Some write a story and then a report summarising it.
Others do it differently.

Hmm...you know, I honestly don't know.
I'm not sure if that's considered OP in that your character doesn't fully die, or if it's fine since they go back to level 1 again.

When they return to level 1, do they lose all of their skills as well as their belongings?
How about memories?

I think it would be fine, then.
Although, if you ever get tired of using that character, you won't be able to use the 'they got killed/died' excuse that a lot of players use.
