Anyhow, it also made me question the logistics. If I were wary of the Pharma Club doing potentially anything illicit, I think the first measure to be taken is to pressure them into publishing a transparency report. The things they are utilizing the funds for are part of school property. Further, we need to know the financials, the state of the club and its members, the list of current equipment, the reason they need the funds, etc., before we approve them for any more funds. If we find anything (which is likely), we may launch an official investigation concerning the club.

The second and more not-so-ethical way is to monitor the net traffic. Given the current scenario, any form of known anonymous protocol isn't possible, and even if there is, I'd doubt it'd be effective. A botnet or proxy service would yield the same result, as any form of odd activity would stand out in such small numbers. This would entail that the pharma devices must not be connected to the internet in any way (or any wireless activity, for that matter). However, even if we assume that were the case, we could still compromise—potentially wiretap—the personal devices of school members via the school wifi beyond all the social engineering and more sophisticated methods.

Now all of this is hypothetical, so we don't know how the situation may play out. However, even if we go there, the concept of the internet doesn't make sense here!!!
