If ever a human kingdom region is ever discovered, imo it should be as a second D rank difficulty cas I think common people would have a hard time surviving C rank and above threat.

Considering that there was a count whose lvl is literally 44, it could be inferred that the Holy Human Empire should be literally unstoppable.

@Generic.Archdemon either he has to be one of the outliers or the Holy Human Empire would be conquering Scribel City and the Half-wing Rebel while not even intending to do so.

I guess I can see them bumping up into C rank territory. The way I see humans is that they're either very fragile or highly adaptable if strong enough.

Plus, the selfish I want to have one is to have my chars settle in once they hit A rank. (If I stick long enough to be there.)

Counts should be high ranking like the king should be level 60 or have equipment and stuff that makes him a level 60 threat~

So you're saying that high ranking humans should be at Hero tier which would mean they could dominate the world if they wanted to.

Trust me the lvl would not cap at 60 when we reached that point. There are still gods and devils and lots of impossible monsters to be found~

Remember that you can level up from paperwork.

I guess this game feels more like a Beta test. Maybe @ohko @GM will change the leveling system in the future when we get to that point.

  • Spire Reef - Established
  • Fuyu Machi which is being worked on by @Bochi and maybe Me (No Guild established yet.)
  • Underwater civilisation being worked on by??
  • Holy Human Empire and Half-wing federation currently not being worked on by anyone
  • An Ancient Civillisation by @GDLiZy maybe? (technically 2 more people needed)

If I reach D rank and Holy Human Empire isn't developed yet then I guess I can contribute on it.

Memo Title: Bureaucracy in the X empire
Category: World phenomenon

Memo:

As the X empire found the correlation between the amount of bureaucracy and the level of the king and nobility, the bureaucracy in X empire is made as inefficient as possible. The inefficiency was made to encourage complaint from the citizens, thus, generating what is termed as Experience for its bureaucrat. As the nobility employ the bureaucrat to solve the problem, then they also get the same experience. Thus, there are tendency of X empire to employ short-term solution to the problem they have. Of course, any short term solution that is preferred by the bureaucrat sometimes make another problem in long term.

In consequence, more problem is solved as quick as possible, thus raising the satisfaction of its citizens to the empire. This has effect of more productivity from the citizen.

The same effect is also observed in tax. The government subtly encourage their taxpayers to pay the tax late, by having small consequences when the citizen was late in paying their tax for the first three month. Of course, to balance this, the citizen are encouraged to pay their tax within six months, as the consequence for not paying their tax after that is a long jail time. For the first few cases, they made public of the system by jailing the one who did not pay, yet still have their obligation to do so. As the cycle of not being able to pay perpetuated, this discouraged the citizens.

The result of this made the bureaucrat to be a highly sought position, as they can level up easily by commanding the one below them. Thus, this give the citizen the incentive to study more. This made the rate of education rise for the citizen. To simulate this, the school also made in this system, where the senior could order their junior. To balance that, the junior is allowed to refuse if the task is unreasonable. This system is enforced to make sure the senior did not step their authority, and encourage the junior to gain more knowledge, as they can test out to get to higher grade. Of course, in the end the king and the nobles still hold the highest position in the hierarchy. As the exp of the bureaucrat trickle to them, they leveled up the most in the system without any risk.

I'm still too low-leveled.

What I request is to make something that can make it accessible for common adventurer to explore under the sea. Like gillyweed in HP, bubble wrapping in one piece, or something else.

Oh, that sounds interesting. Although, some questions.
Can ye give links related to both as while I searched, I didn't find anything.
(Nothing in Library and the OPs of Quest Board don't mention anything to Underwater Kingdom and Underground Ruin)

Then, well, what's the average level for those stuff, to see whether I decide to spend my whole time writing or not.

The ruin is just a thought and concept at the moment. I was planning to make it around the east of Scribel. We once discussed about it in OOC a while back.

The Underwater Kingdom was mentioned in one of my Spire Reef report. The one that opened the region.

Because she had gone to the effort of slowing her speed to match a horse's, take breaks every time mealtime came around, and get proper sleep for once in order to confirm how long the journey would take for the average merchant convey.
With this in mind, the Liberi would reach the barrier on the fifth morning
The mountain’s blessing. Within the mountain is a leyline from our old world, so mana is in abundance around here. Crops grown here and ores mined here naturally contain some measure of mana in them, and we use them to make amazing enchanted pieces.
“Well, I did say the mountain was blessed. Last I checked, apparently socketing a piece of jade to any item gives it a bonus effect
The paper slips are talismans, by the way. We use them to ward off evil spirits and counteract bad luck.”
@Vanus Take a look at these parts, and tell me if you think that evaluation of yours was correct.
