For comparison the things I can do:
- 3d modeling (modeling, texturing, baking, retopo and some sculpting but nothing fancy)
- graphic desing
- video edithing
- web frontend dev
- blueprinting in UE4/5
and I have basics of Python and C++ for programming. Lately I wanted t switch to Godot so I picked up C# haven't done anything in months tho.
So why do you think Ssemouy can't do that?

Games are not just triple-A titles, there's a vast plethora of indie games, and there are very simple software tools that allow their creation. By games, I also mean interactive stories or visual novels. Being a game designer doesn't mean developing a game, but designing it. I see this trait in her.

Perhaps with "coder" I used the wrong term; I meant to say that she is skilled at creating texts in codes or encrypted forms using various techniques.

From what I know about Ssemouy it's completely possible. Judging by her knowledge about certain things and her aptitude for more math/physics oriented stuff I see it as more than possible

I only ever played around with the engine on finished games, I never actually tried making one myself

There is no program more frustrating, especially the MV version. I have created several games with its various versions. The biggest problem is always finding resources, which then forces you to use the default ones that, besides being horrible, are overused and make the game look unappealing. Due to a lack of skills, I was never able to achieve the gameplay I wanted, so I preferred to focus on writing.

Books, I shall accept, but I don't watch that much anime, nor games. I don't even know some of the mainstream ones

Easy answer to say: Frieren. It's that good. Tears are flowing from the very first episode.
