So I've always wondered if anyone else has any strange fears/phobias.

Personally, I have a phobia of cars and my anxiety goes through the roof as soon as I get in one. This started when I was itty bitty and fell out of a moving vehicle, skinning off half the skin on my face (I got better) but still have issues sitting in a car. If I'm driving, I have to have music blaring or have someone to talk to, otherwise it's not a good time.

So what's your fear and how do you think you got it (if applicable)?
Heights (I get vertigo just from going down stairs. I absolutely hate walking on wooden bridges, or bridges where you can see gaps/through the floor, it makes me feel super dizzy and faint and well...vertigo)
Blood (I lose feeling/strength in my extremities initially, but I can then lose feeling/strength in my limbs and not be able to move for a few minutes; I once collapsed on the floor cos someone talked about a gory thing that happened while I was standing and I just...lost strength in my legs)
Crowded places (basically more than 10 people and I feel super uncomfortable, less and I just feel uncomfortable), basically social anxiety
Open spaces (more that if I feel super exposed - be it in restaurants, outside, etc...I will always opt for a seat next to a wall or where my back isn't exposed to lots of people)
Being in a vessel on water (be it boats, ships, ferries, canoes, kayaks, etc...it's a big no)

Pediophobia, or the fear of doll. It is just something uncanny and uneasy about them. If there is one in the room with me, I will slowly descent into maddess, the existential dread of it unblinking eye looking at me unfocused, as if it could see my very being, judging, and scheming...But I also have a strange fascination of mechanical dolls, specially ball-joints, and the such. They scared me to death, but also fascinated me to no end.

It is like, scarousal, but not in a sexual sense

Intercepting perpendicular lines, wooden pires and ancient Roman torture methods for heretics. Don't ask why

Death.
Not death itself, but non-existence.
It's what wakes me up in the middle of the night, panicked with cold shivers down my spine. It terrifies me.
There's a solution to everything, and every fear can be faced, but the fact of non-existence is something that can't be resolved.
It's final and eternal. An eternity of nothingness. Not being there in the future.

How did I come to have this fear?
I think I've always had it, as I've always asked myself the typical human questions (who are we, where are we, why are we here, what is the meaning of life), but as I grew older, I realized that time goes by too quickly, and it's extremely limited.
My days are numbered.

This realization shook me deeply.

my irrational fear is wasps and bees. i will cuddle a spicy tarantula, even hold em. Vespiforms? yeah, no, they're like spiders with wings. or giant ants. smart, dangerous, can fly, and always plotting my death. any of em get into my room, i flee the house until it dies of old age. or leaves on its own.
well, wasps and pointy things (not needles, just pointy things in general. pointy things want to gouge my eyes out. there is literally no other reason for anything to be pointy.)
