I usually work with Paint.net, since it was easy to learn how to use and it's lighter than other alternatives.

Gimp has more and better options to edit maps, but it's just not exactly easy to use with my potato laptop.

Then, how was the city built so quickly and has a prison/dungeon that's been around since before the city was built? Especially when everywhere is understaffed?
How about the GM who has been around for hundreds of years, at least?
How about the establishment of the currency system the city is using? Where did the labour to mine the metal ore to smelt and forge the coins come from? Or was all of that from the other worlds?
