I think we should start the diplomatic quest with gelderholm so that we can explore that region a bit more. That way I can also update the map (as of this point, there hasn't been any addition that warrants an update).

It's very sparse but it's also because the community has invested very little in establishing more prices.
I'd love to see a more extensive market go up, but I'm busy! People need to take initiative!

I think I'll take the rank E quest before going for the negotiation one. If by then someone wants to join me in the quest, then by all means.

Ps: I think a merchant/diplomat character would be very interesting as a travel partner here.

Ooo that's a good idea, because that way an adventurer of any level can accompany you on the diplomatic quest(since travelling to and from Gelderholm requires a rank E escort).

Well, at least for the Gelderholm one (I'm thinking that there can be different versions of advancement exams in different regions).

I'm planning a few quests that basically spell out a failure in order to pass.

I don't want any character to pass Rank D without seeing a lot of dead bodies.

Yeah, I don't think we have anyone that's passed the diplomat exam yet? I was thinking of having Felicia do it at some point, but there are three other quests that she needs to complete to do so, hence I chose not to. I think I'll just keep her as that one rich adventurer who constantly goes on quests xP

I might make Zombo a diplomat or something though, since he's already good with paperwork. And who doesn't want to have a tree-human zombie monster thing as a diplomat? xD
