Automatas are amazing, 2B is nice but she doesn't get off as much as a Warforge, there is something that ticks all of the boxes when I look at humanoid robots, the inorganic nature, whether it be rust or shiny plates... all are amazing.
Dryads are great, but far below fluffy tails. Nothing can compare to the glorious fluff.
